How to Register
1.After clicking on "Join Now" or "New Registration", you will be asked to fill in your usernames, password, email address, and screen name. Please check "I accept TOC". And also please make sure the email address is valid because it is used for activating your account and retrieving your lost password. Then click "continue".
2. After you finish step 1, you are on the account activation page. Enter the activation code sent to your email account filled in step 1.
3. the registration is done and you are on the 'welcome' page.
How to Add Fund
1. Click on 'Add Fund'.
2.There are two options to make payments.
(1) Using credit cards. We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Master . Your account balance will reflect your purchase instantly.
Steps
a. Please select the amount of re-charge, and you will be directed to the payment page.
b. Please make sure you provide the accurate personal information (otherwise, your credit card transaction will be denied). Click "submit". Please make sure to click only once. Please do not use your BACK or RELOAD/REFRESH browser function or close your browser while using our payment process. You will instantly know if the transaction has gone through via our email notification. If the transaction is success, your credits will be added to your account. If your transaction fails to go through, please use a different credit card and try again.
c. If you would like to add more credits during a chat, you will not need to end your chat. Simply by right-click "add fund", and choose "open a new window", you will be able to recharge during the chat.

How to Log in and Chat
1. Click on "All models". You are now on the model's page. This is the login page for users. Check to see if you are in 'All Model' if system displays a login error message
2. If a model's status is shown as 'Online', simply click on the status button to start chat with the model. The rate displayed under the model's image is based on per minute.
3. If you want to make tips to a model, just select from 'Make tip' dropdown list.
4. If you would like to add more credits during a chat, you will not need to end your chat. Simply by right-click "add fund", and choose "open a new window", you will be able to recharge during the chat.
What is Charge Rate?
The charge rate for each model is displayed under the model's image on the All Models page. It is based on Credits / Minute. For example, 'PRV: 100.00' means a customer will be charged 100 credits per minute when going for chatting with the model. In PRV chat, the model may chat with more than one customers at the same time. 'VIP: 800.00' means the similiar thing but the model chat with you only.
When customers buy credits, the following listed options describe the pricing / credits and are displayed on the Add Funds page:(Currency is US Dollar)
$10 - 10000 credits
$25 - 25000 credits
$50 - 53000 credits
$75 - 80000 credits
$100 - 110000 credits

1. Is it safe to use credit cards on the site?
We use professional and secure service provided by renowned authorized service providers. In addtion, there are security features available such as Verified By Visa for Visa and Master SecurityCode for Master. The system is very safe to use and we have never had security problems.
2. I don't have activation code?
Please check 'Bulk' or 'Junk' folders in your email account if you don't have the activation in 'Inbox' sent by our system. Or you can try with another email account by following thses:
(1). log into the system
(2). Go to Profile
(3). Input the new email and Finish
(4). Go to your email account and find the activation email which contains activation codes. e.g. rEhnkpJR5prw8B97Rpff

3. How do you charge?
There are charge rates right below performer's photoes. 'PRV 120' means you will be charged 120 credits / minute and other people can also join in PRV sesseions. 'VIP 600' means you will be charged 600 credits / minute and only you and the performer will be in the chat session. Please note you will get 10000 credits for USD $10 based on our current price policies.
4. What is Verified By Visa and how to register?
Verified by Visa (VbV) is a global online authentication service that makes online shopping more secure for card holders. It allows card holders to enter a password during the checkout process. The password is then validated by their card issuer and the transaction is authorized. Please visit the following visa sites:

5. I am in Europe. How to make payments?
No matter where you are located, you can make payments using credit cards accepted by our site. Your credit card issuer will do currency exchange based on the exchange rates.
6. I don't have an US Dollar bank account. How does it work?
You don't need to have an US Dollar bank account. For instance, if you are in Australia and the exchange rate is 1:1.3 for Australia Dollars to US Dollars, then you will see 13 dollars on you credit card statement if you buy USD $10 credits.
7. What service is available in VIP chat?
This is up to both you and performers. You could discusss your requests with performers.
8. How do I input Chinese if I have an English OS?
This example is for XP system.
(1): Install East Asian Languages(CD needed).
Go to Start - > Settings -> Control Panel - > Regional and Language Options -> Language, check
"Install files for East Asian Language" box and proceed.
(2): Go to "Details" -> "Add", select Chinese(Simplified) - QuanPin from "Input Language" and click OK.
(3): If you can not read Chinese in chat session, go to Start - > Settings -> Control Panel - > Regional and Language Options -> Advanced, select Chinese(PRC) from "Select a language to match the language version of non-Unicode programs you want to use"
9. How to tip performers?
There is a 'Make tip' dropdown list below a chat window. Select from the list.
10. How to read emails written in chinese?
Go to VIEW -- > Encoding -- > (more) --> 'Unicode(UTF-8)' to select Chinese Simplified(GB2313) or other Chinese in IE.
11. Do I need to download software programs?
You will be prompted to install Adobe Flash Player when you enter a chat session. Or you could download and install from

12. What is a 3D-enabled credit card?
After you register into Verified By Visa, your visa card will be 3D-enabled. This is similiar for Master card. Please refer to
